Story
Sales first, then video
My first real school was sales in the USA, where I worked as a sales manager. After that I led sales projects at the manufacturer UPB and worked with clients at the software company CENOS.
In 2023 I founded SIA 3 Projekti and started making videos for real estate agents and developers. Since 2025 I have hosted the podcast 3 Perspektīvas, where I talk with business owners and experts.
Along the way I realised that what interests me most isn't the camera itself, but why a client chooses one company over another. The offer, the price, the sales process. 3 Eksperti combines both: content that brings in leads, and the thinking that helps turn them into money.
